Best Newbie Books?

I need a lot of handholding to get started. Any referrals out there on the best books for low limit betting sites with good CS? Also just setup a neteller account , is neteller better or firepay?:smoker2:

FWIW - I believe Neteller is better than Firepay mainly because they are accepted by more books.

I play at playcris.com or betcris.com as they are reputable and if you bet on line you can bet small amounts. They are the same company with different websites you can access through either one I also use neteller. They have a 20 percent sign up bonus

thanks guys. My strategy is to deposit a bit at each book and to see if they payout. So far I deposited into these:

canbet
gosportsbet
pinnacle
intertops

so I can get different lines

the only one that didn't give me a bonus was pinnacle but I signed up since I see them everywhere.

btw, anybody know if you can signup as an affiliate to yourself. it seems pretty easy to do this or get a friend to be the affiliate.
